Cannabis Action Network is a state-wide not-for-profit. We are made up of an experienced leadership team implementing strategies that bring us closer to ending cannabis prohibition. We believe people should have access to the whole plant, that home cultivation should be a right and that no one should be punished for personal use of cannabis.

More about Florida Cannabis Action Network
The purpose of Florida Cannabis Action Network (FLCAN)Â is to generate public support for sensible cannabis policies and to assist in the implementation thereof; to provide a forum for the public to speak out on this issue of national social concern; to educate the public regarding the consequences of cannabis prohibition and to raise funds to promote these civic purposes.
Our guiding principles set us apart from other membership based cannabis reform organizations. We are the human entourage effect; when you combine our talents, we are greater than we are alone. Those who share our love of cannabis, our understanding of the relationship between people and the plant or our desire to end prohibition and see justice served should join today.
We promise to speak the truth about cannabis, to be a persistent and unabating voice for the cannabis plant and the people who use it. Guaranteed!
Our status as a Florida Not-for-Profit allows us to protect our membership list. Your information is safe with us. We will never sell your information or share your contact information with anyone else. We use PayPal and a secure online payment service called Democracy Engine to collect money online.
